Peng-Ting (Dean) Kuo (郭芃廷) is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Government at the University of Texas at Austin, where he studies international relations with a focus on computational methods and large language model applications in political science. Peng-Ting holds a M.A. (2024) and B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics (2021) from National Taiwan University. His research spans LLM evaluation, retrieval augmented generation, electoral systems, power transition theory, and computational analysis of international conflict, bridging political science with cutting-edge AI methods.
