Peng-Ting's name in Chinese is "郭芃廷." He is a Ph.D student in Dept. of Government, University of Texas at Austin, specializing in international relations and the applications of large language models (LLM). He currently serves as a research assistant at the Strategic and International Relations Laboratory (SIR), Academia Sinica; Machine Intelligence & Understanding Laboratory (Miulab) at Department of CSIE, NTU; and Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica. His research interests uniquely blend international relations with cutting-edge technology, focusing on deep learning and large language models in political analysis. Peng-Ting holds a M.A. (2024) and B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Economics (2021) from National Taiwan University. His professional experience includes internships at the National Audit Office R.O.C. and First Bank, bridging academic knowledge with practical insights.
